Memorial parks are among the quietest and least disruptive land uses. The project guarantees the site remains green and open rather than developed into denser or more impactful uses. Landscaping, fencing and lighting are designed to protect privacy and maintain neighborhood character.

Funeral services are small, quiet, and primarily daytime events — an average of 1-2 services per day. Construction will only happen during approved daytime hours, and we'll work closely with neighbors and elected officials to ensure surrounding communities are informed and impacts are minimized.
