About the Project

Dignity Memorial is proposing a beautiful memorial park and mortuary to serve Woodland Hills, Calabasas, West Hills, Hidden Hills, Bell Canyon, Agoura Hills and beyond. The site will feature landscaped gardens, trees, and serene green spaces — designed to be a calm, respectful presence in the community for generations to come.

What to Expect

Key facts about the proposed project.

Will there be more traffic?

Funeral services are small and happen during midday hours, not during rush hour. You might notice a few more cars for a short time, but surrounding neighborhoods will see minimal impacts.

What will it look like?

Think of a park-like setting with trees, shrubs, and green lawns. Landscaped buffers surround the entirety of the property — neighbors will see greenery, not buildings or parking areas.

Will it affect property values?

Multiple studies have found no significant decrease in home values near well-maintained cemeteries. In many cases, buyers prefer the quiet, open space and stability cemeteries provide.

Is there a crematorium?

No. There will be no crematorium on this site.

Our goal is to be a good neighbor and a respectful presence in the community.

We are committed to transparency, thoughtful design, and ongoing dialogue. Have questions? We'd love to hear from you.
